Snowdrop Oval Small - Hand Painted
This oval cast was created using snowdrops picked in our fife Woodland. It was made using a bespoke casting frame and the impression has been made in grey clay and the background has been carefully hand painted a pale mustard yellow. There is some imperfection in the shape of the oval which is why its ended up in the sale.
Every Imprint cast is made by hand using a unique casting technique to capture the imprint of delicate botanical forms. All my casts come ready to hang with a hanging device attached to the reverse.
Dimensions: H20 x W14cm
Materials: 100% Plaster of Paris, handle with care but the cast can be gently sponged clean if it gets marked. Please be aware that all my casts are poured by hand so there may be some variation in the thickness of the cast.
My larger casts can be collected from my studio in Fife or Edinburgh or I can arrange to hand deliver the item to you for a small fee within Edinburgh and Fife.
