Studio Update May 2022

This month I had the pleasure of casting this symbolic panel for a lovely client. The flowers were picked in a woodland filled with bluebells in memory of a much loved sister and daughter who sadly passed away a few years ago. My client is currently living in Australia so she sent her dad on a flower gathering mission and I received a parcel full of beautiful woodland flowers in the post which I have preserved in this large scale panel. I also created a smaller set of ovals which is a gift from my client to her parents in memory of a much missed daughter and sister. It was an absolute honour and privilege to be trusted with these precious flowers and turn them into artworks to commemorate and celebrate a wonderful life.
