Studio Update Early Summer 2023

Oh I have been having the best time watching the garden, woodlands and our local Holyrood park come to life as the sun has emerged over the last few weeks. Cow Parsley as far as the eye can see, dandelions galore, bluebells, poppies and more - everything suddenly looks so green and bountiful. So I have been playing around with wildflowers and weeds in the studio, as well as working my way through a bumper Wedding bouquet casting list and prepping stock for lovely suppliers. I’m continuing to experimenting with my plaster frames and marbling effects and have ordered some jesmonite to give that a go. So its a time of playfulness, energy and business in the studio but I am loving it. I’m also balancing my work load with my never ending wedding craft list- the big day is drawing nearer and I am getting V excited!
